Shipping/Delivery Time and Methods

RadiatorsGalore.com primarily uses UPS, Federal Express, and DHL to ship our radiators. We use some smaller carriers as well in certain markets if delivery is faster. Delivery time is normally 1-4 business days from the time of order. If the warehouse closest to you is out of stock on your product, it will ship from the warehouse closest to you with the product in stock. Orders are shipped the business day following order submission by the customer. A business day is defined as a Monday-Friday that is not classified as a Federal, Bank, or Company holiday.

Tracking information will be supplied to the customer as soon as we get it from our warehouse. Many customers report that they get their radiator, next day, before our warehouse has even sent us the tracking information.

Return Policy

You can return your radiator if you haven't run fluids through it within ten business days of receipt, minus $11 for the original shipping to you and a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for contacting us to authorize the return (901-384-5639) within the ten days and shipping the item to our Memphis location. The item must be returned complete, as you purchased it, or no credit will be issued. After ten business days, or after any fluids have been run through the radiator, you cannot return your radiator for credit. At this time, you can only exchange your radator under warranty for an identical radiator.

Warranty Exchanges

In the event of a warranty failure, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return your unit to us for inspection after you have received an authorization by calling us at 901-384-5639. If you wish for an immediate replacement to ship before we get your original unit back for inspection, we will require a deposit for the replacement, until we receive it from you and inspect it. If you have violated the warranty (for example, stripping the threads in the transmission cooler connections), the deposit will not be refunded.
